Position:
Connecticut Behavioral Health is expanding and currently has the need for a licensed or provisionally licensed clinician for both school-based behavioral health services in Farmington/Newington/Cheshire public schools as well as in our Cheshire outpatient office This is a full time role supporting the behavioral health needs of children, adolescents, families and adults. The position allows one to see patients/students in a school during daytime hours, greatly benefiting the clinician with having a more balanced clinical schedule, especially with seeing children and adolescents.
Position Responsibilities:
LCSW/LMSWs will conduct child, adolescent, and family therapy. Applicants should have ample experience treating a wide variety of child and adolescent behavioral health issues as you'll be working both within school and outpatient settings. Experience treating Disruptive Behavior Disorders, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Anxiety, Depression, and substance use is desired. Positions also provide opportunities for school consultation and working with a school avoidance population. Supervision toward licensure for the LCSW will be provided.
