Bilingual English/Spanish Position Overview VIP Executive Search is partnering with a healthcare organization to identify a compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide high-quality behavioral health, psychosocial, and care coordination services to patients and families. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health counseling, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and case management. This position requires a patient-centered professional who can work effectively with diverse populations and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish and the ability to travel are required for this position. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify mental health and psychosocial needs. Provide individual counseling and psychotherapy utilizing evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and motivational interviewing. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each patient's clinical, behavioral, and psychosocial needs. Support patients experiencing PTSD, addiction, behavioral challenges, and other mental health concerns. Provide crisis intervention and support for patients experiencing acute emotional or behavioral distress. Coordinate services and resources to strengthen patient and family support systems. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure continuity and coordination of care. Assist patients and families in accessing appropriate healthcare, behavioral health, community, and social-service resources. Provide education and support to patients and families regarding mental health concerns, treatment options, and available resources. Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA requirements. Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems to maintain appropriate patient records. Coordinate care for patients receiving home- and community-based services. Travel as required to support patients and organizational needs. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. Current and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license required. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required. Proven experience in psychotherapy, crisis intervention, case management, and behavioral health. Experience working with geriatric populations is highly desirable. Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges, PTSD, addiction, or complex psychosocial needs is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse patient populations. Ability to maintain appropriate professional and clinical boundaries. Strong organizational, documentation, and care coordination skills. Ability and willingness to travel as required.
