Job Description
Licensed Therapist Harsha Outpatient Services in Terre Haute IN is seeking a compassionate, dedicated Licensed Therapist to join our outpatient behavioral health team. Responsibilities
- Conduct mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual therapy using evidence-based practices.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Coordinate care and provide case management as needed.
- Respond appropriately to crisis situations. Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field. (LCSW, LSW, LMHC, LMFT) (supervision available)
- Current Indiana licensure as a therapist or counselor.
- Experience of 3-5 years preferred but not necessary
- Excellent communication and clinical skills. Benefits
