Are you an LCSW-C ready to move from hospital, residential, school-based, or community mental health into a group practice? Maybe you're tired of the constant crises, navigating complicated systems, and administrative demands that leave less time and energy for the actual work of therapy. Maybe you're ready for more flexibility and autonomy—but don't want to make the transition to private practice and suddenly feel like you're on your own. At LifeSpring, you don't have to choose between independence and support. We're looking for an LCSW-C who wants the freedom of group practice with the benefit of being part of a collaborative clinical community. You'll have flexibility in your schedule and the ability to build a caseload around the clients you work best with, while having peers to consult with and a team behind you. We take care of the behind-the-scenes work—credentialing, billing, EHR, marketing, and more—so you can focus on your clients.
