Job Description

Palliative Care Manager (LMSW) Full-Time Location -

Grand Rapids, MI Shift Information:

Mon-Fri 8:30-5

Salary:

$80,000.00 to $85,000.00

Yearly Key Responsibilities:

Lead all program startup activities, including workflows, policies, and operational design Manage program budget and financial performance Supervise and support palliative care staff in collaboration with the medical director. Oversee compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers, and accreditation standards Support provider credentialing and payer contracting Ensure efficient scheduling, referrals, documentation, and care transitions Drive program growth, customer service, and performance improvement #1004

Pay:

$38.54 - $46.41 per hour
