Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) / Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Flexible 4x10 or 5x8 Schedule | No Weekends or Holidays | Butler, MO A community-based healthcare organization in Butler, Missouri is seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join its outpatient team. This position provides behavioral health and psychosocial services to patients within a rural healthcare setting, with an emphasis on improving access to care and connecting patients and families with the resources they need. The
LCSW/LPC
will provide psychosocial assessments, counseling and interventions, treatment planning, care coordination, and referrals to community resources while collaborating with primary care providers and other members of the healthcare team. The program has historically maintained a manageable volume of approximately 6-8 patients per day , allowing for longer, more meaningful patient visits. This is a great fit for a clinician who enjoys autonomy and wants to make a meaningful impact in a community with a strong need for behavioral health services. Pay:
$70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
