Job Description

Job Overview Access Family Health Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at the Smithville Clinic as a Behavioral Health Therapist. Working within an integrated system of care, the therapist will collaborate closely with medical providers and behavioral health team members to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered services using the Screening, Brief Intervention, and Referral to Treatment (SBIRT) model. This position will support individuals affected by trauma, substance use, and other behavioral health challenges, helping them develop the coping skills, confidence, and resilience needed to achieve recovery and improve their overall well-being. Responsibilities Review intake assessments and evaluations to screen and assess patients for mental health, emotional, or addiction disorders Provide care to school-aged youth and adult patients Work with the medical and behavioral health team to develop treatment plans and provide counseling or psychotherapy Provide individual counseling and therapy, following professional and ethical guidelines and HIPAA confidentiality standards Record all patient services in the electronic health record with punctuality and accuracy Coordinate with other health care providers to make sure patients get the follow-up care they need
Qualifications Required :
Valid Mississippi license as an
LCSW Preferred:
Experience assessing and treating adolescents and teens
Preferred:

Pay:
$75,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
