- Facilitate support groups focused on grief, illness, caregiving, and life transitions.
- Lead educational workshops promoting emotional wellness and caregiver support.
- Connect participants with community resources and appropriate referrals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Assist with community outreach and engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support program operations and deliver high-quality services. Qualifications
- Master of Social Work (MSW) required.
- Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) required.
- LCSWs are welcome to apply.
- Experience supporting individuals and families experiencing grief, illness, caregiving challenges, or other major life transitions preferred.
- Experience facilitating groups through professional or internship experience.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
