We are adding one licensed therapist to our team and are looking for someone who works well within an organized, collaborative environment. This is a good fit for a clinician who values steady systems, clear communication, and professional autonomy within structure. The Role Full-time independent contractor In-person office provided Option to offer telehealth as part of your schedule Work alongside a small group of established clinicians What to Expect Here We provide: Administrative support (scheduling, billing, credentialing) A structured system that keeps the practice running smoothly A professional, low-drama environment focused on client care Support when needed, without micromanagement This is not a build-your-own-practice environment. It works best for clinicians who are comfortable stepping into an existing system and working within it. What Works Well in This Role You will do well here if you: Communicate clearly and directly with team members Are able to follow established processes without needing them redesigned Can manage your schedule and caseload independently and responsibly Are comfortable asking questions—but also able to problem-solve before escalating Value being part of a team, while still working autonomously What Doesn't Work Well Here This role is likely not a fit if you: Prefer a highly customized or self-designed workflow Need frequent changes to systems or structure Rely heavily on others to organize day-to-day operations Prefer indirect or highly formal communication styles Requirements Active LPC or LICSW license Post-licensure clinical experience Ability to provide in-person sessions A Note on Schedule We offer flexibility, but schedules are built to support both client access and office flow. We'll work together to establish a schedule that functions well for both you and the practice. How to Apply Please email Monretta Vega at . Include a short paragraph answering this: How do you prefer to receive direction, and how do you handle situations when something is unclear? This helps us understand how you work in a team setting. Final Note We are a steady, established practice—not a startup. We're looking for someone who wants to step into a functioning system, contribute to it, and grow within it over time.
