We would like to find someone that has at least half of the direct hours they need for full licensure. This is a great opportunity for someone who has been doing agency work to start the transition into private practice. We are offering this as a salary position but after receiving your LPC license you would be eligible to transition our income share program where our counselors average $65,000. Supervision is included. Thrive Counseling & Psychiatry is one of the largest practices in the state with offices in Birmingham, Avondale, Hoover, Trussville, Gulf Shores, Foley, Daphne, and Tuscaloosa.
