Mental Health Counselor (Bryant, Arkansas) We are looking for a compassionate Mental Health Counselor to provide therapeutic support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges. You will help clients manage their emotions, improve their coping skills, and work toward emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide counseling to individuals, couples, and families dealing with mental health issues. Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on clients' needs. Provide therapeutic interventions, including talk therapy and coping strategies. Work closely with other healthcare providers to coordinate care. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports for each client.
