Position Overview We are looking for an associate therapist who is passionate about personal and professional growth, teamwork, and serving the community. If you are eager to develop your clinical skills, gain hands-on experience, and be part of a collaborative and supportive team, this role is for you. As an Associate Therapist, you will: Work directly with clients facing mild to moderate mental health concerns, typically on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Be part of a clinically focused role, with designated time for documentation and ongoing learning. Receive training in evidence-based practices Help clients move forward in their therapeutic journey, whether graduating from therapy or achieving sustainable progress. What We're Looking For Active registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences. A compassionate, dedicated therapist who wants to make a real impact in their community. Passion for destigmatizing mental health and increasing access to care. Cultural awareness and sensitivity in working with diverse populations. Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not required). Why This Role?
