As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC) to join our Escondido outpatient team. Position Overview The Licensed Therapist will provide outpatient psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, families, and groups while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence and ethical practice. The ideal candidate is confident working independently, values collaboration, and is passionate about helping clients create lasting and meaningful change.
