OPEN POSITIONS

Counseling Is Key is located in Hesperia, CA. We provide therapy services in-office as well as virtual/ hybrid sessions. Hybrid candidates are highly desired. Candidates must be comfortable delivering telehealth services from home and providing in-person sessions. Candidates applying for a hybrid position will be considered first due to high client demand.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Therapist is expected to keep a schedule of a minimum of 20 direct client hours per week. Scheduling is flexible and determined by you.
• Become credentialed with insurance panels our agency is contracted with.

Assess and treat a full range of mental health issues in a private practice setting. Interest in providing evidence-based interventions (ACT, CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.) Provide services within the highest standard of professional ethics and sensitivity to cultural and ethnic diversity. Routine completion of required clinical documentation and scheduling of clients. ​

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Master's Degree Have a valid, current, license in good standing as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW to provide therapy in California Adherence to standards of care and operations, documentation, and confidentiality Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to work independently. Excellent organizational/time management skills with attention to detail Have and maintain ongoing Individual Malpractice/Liability Insurance (limits no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence/$3,000,000 aggregate). This may be obtained upon being hired but required before the designated start date.

SALARY:

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position that is compensated based on a 60/40 split, with 60% paid to the therapist.
