• Overview:

• We are seeking a dedicated Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various counseling techniques and possess a strong background in behavioral health and crisis intervention. This candidate will also have a passion for helping women and be experienced and//or trained in different trauma modalities.

• Duties:

• Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals or groups
• Conduct patient assessments to determine mental health needs
• Develop treatment plans and monitor progress
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care
• Implement psychopharmacology treatments as needed
• Collect and analyze data to improve patient outcomes
• help build curriculum and collaberate with other therapists on the team
• supervise unlicensed professionals where applicable
• go over and monitor documentation as needed
• run clinical meetings alongside CEO and other staff

• Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Licensure as a Therapist or Counselor in the state of practice
• Proficiency in patient assessment techniques
• Knowledge of ICD-9 coding for accurate diagnosis and billing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
