The mental health professional will facilitate therapeutic groups. Must have knowledge in DBT, CBT, positive psychology, anger management, social skills and coping skills. Duties Facilitate therapeutic groups for patients. Qualifications Experience with crisis intervention, crisis management, behavior management techniques, and inpatient care settings preferred. Experience facilitating mental health groups. Strong communication and group facilitation skills. Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
