Job Overview We are seeking a fully licensed Clinical Therapist to join our dynamic mental health team. In this role, you will provide compassionate and vital treatment to adolescents and adults in a Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) level of care. Your expertise will help clients navigate mental health challenges, develop coping strategies, and achieve their personal recovery goals. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments use diagnostic knowledge to complete biopsychosocial evaluations. Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and behavioral therapy. Provide individual, group, family/support systems therapy sessions utilizing psychoeducation, structural family therapy, DBT, ACT and other models. This role requires eating with patients as well as preparing meals and snacks. Deliver crisis intervention and crisis management services to clients experiencing acute mental health episodes or co-occurring disorders. Maintain accurate clinical documentation adhering to HIPAA regulations, clinical documentation standards, and medical terminology requirements. Utilize EMR/EHR systems for patient care documentation, treatment planning, and data collection to ensure seamless communication across multidisciplinary teams. Engage in case management activities including patient assessment, treatment coordination, and follow-up care to optimize client outcomes. Skills Extensive experience in psychotherapy modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and motivational interviewing. Proficiency in crisis intervention techniques and crisis management strategies for diverse populations. Strong background working with adults, family systems, adolescents and individuals with eating disorders. Ability to conduct mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations within acute outpatient settings; experience with medical records management is preferred. Skilled in client communication, parent communication, treatment planning, behavior management strategies, and evidence-based practice implementation. Familiarity with medical terminology related to mental health conditions; experience working with co-occurring disorders is advantageous. Pay:
$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
