Lake Mary Behavioral and Infusion Center is looking for a Bilingual Licensed Mental Health Counselor experienced in individual psychotherapy and trained or willing to train in EMDR therapy to join our multidisciplinary outpatient mental health private practice. Our practice is located in Debary, FL. It is composed of a psychiatrist, two physician associates, two psychiatric nurse practitioner and multiple therapists. Responsibilities:

Perform assessments of clients' mental health Develop a treatment goal and therapeutic strategies to achieve it Expected to become proficient in providing EMDR Therapy for patients specifically referred for that. Work together in consultation with the psychiatric providers Proper documentation of patient interactions in the EMR within 24 hours after the patient encounter. Requirements Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida EMDR Training and/or Certification or willing to undergo training Fluent in English and Spanish (comfortable conducting therapy in both languages) One year experience in counseling and psychotherapy required.
