Position Responsibilities Facilitate therapeutic and educational groups for clients on weekends Create a safe, supportive, and engaging group environment Encourage client participation and positive peer interaction Provide education and discussion related to recovery, coping skills, emotional wellness, and life skills Maintain appropriate professional boundaries with clients Complete accurate and timely group documentation Communicate client concerns or significant observations to the appropriate clinical staff Follow all Archstone Behavioral Health policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and applicable Florida requirements Participate as a professional member of the treatment team Qualifications Experience facilitating groups in a behavioral health, substance use, mental health, or related setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to engage clients in a respectful and therapeutic manner Dependable and able to work independently on weekends Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality Relevant education, certification, or licensure based on the type of groups being facilitated We are looking for someone who is reliable, compassionate, professional, and passionate about helping individuals in the beginning stages of their recovery. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with a diverse client population and creating meaningful, recovery-focused group experiences.
