Job Description:
Pg. 2 Counseling, a growing private therapy practice, is hiring a licensed therapist to join our team. We offer a flexible, supportive practice environment with an emphasis on clinical autonomy, collaborative case consultation, and work-life balance. Founded in 2020, Pg. 2 Counseling specializes in attachment trauma, particularly within adoptive families, and provides therapy from a person-centered, attachment-oriented, and narrative framework. Our practice operates within a faith-based context, and we welcome therapists who are comfortable integrating clients' spiritual and existential questions into treatment while remaining respectful of clients from all backgrounds and belief systems.
Responsibilities:
Carry a caseload of individual, couples, and/or family therapy clients (minimum 10 sessions/week), delivered in-person and/or via telehealth Complete timely, thorough clinical documentation using SimplePractice Participate in case consultation and team collaboration as needed Maintain active licensure and comply with applicable ethical and legal standards of practice
Qualifications:
Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Clinical Psychology Active, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT); second-year associate-level candidates with an established supervision plan will also be considered Experience providing therapy from a values-based, meaning-centered, or existential framework preferred Willingness to become credentialed with insurance panels Ability to work independently in a flexible practice setting
Schedule:
Part-time (10-17 sessions/week) or full-time (18-25 sessions/week), with flexibility based on caseload and client needs.
