DATA is seeking a compassionate, motivated Behavioral Health Therapist to provide substance use and co-occurring disorder services.

Schedule:

Mon-Thu:

12:00 PM - 8:00

PM Fri:

9:00 AM - 5:00

PM Responsibilities:

Provide individual, family, and group therapy to youth with substance use and co-occurring disorders Complete assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver evidence-based, trauma-informed care Support case management and community resource linkage Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and agency initiatives (ROSC, Zero Suicide, Equity)

Requirements:

Master's degree in a behavioral health field 1+ year experience preferred (adolescents a plus) Strong communication and organizational skills Proficient in basic computer systems Valid FL Driver's License, reliable transportation Must pass Level II background screening and drug test
