Position Overview:

We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Clinician who provides top-notch therapy services. In this role, you will work closely with clients to assess their needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and help them overcome mental health challenges. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans. Provide compassionate individual sessions. Maintain an organized schedule and record-keeping system for all clients. Candidates are expected to manage their own follow-up appointments and respond in a timely matter to all direct messages from patient. Submit timely clinical notes and ensure accurate documentation within 24 of completed appointment. Prepare and submit quarterly treatment plans, reviewed by our Medical Director.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field. Active LMHC or LCSW licensure in Florida (required) Experience in trauma therapy or substance abuse is a plus, though not required. Ability to pass a Level One background check. Two professional references. Candidates must be technically proficient and able to independently navigate iPads, Zoom, and computer tasks without requiring guidance.

Independent Contractor Requirements:

As a contractor, you will be responsible for your own equipment, including a computer, reliable internet, and other necessary tools to support client sessions.

Work Environment:

Shared office space with other providers, with the ability to offer both in-person and telemedicine services.

Pay:

$75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
