  • 19/hour About the Role Clarvida is seeking Peer Support Specialists to join our integrated treatment team at the Adult Behavioral Health Community Crisis Center.
In this role, you will use your lived experience to support adults experiencing an acute mental health crisis—encouraging hope, resilience, wellness, and self-advocacy. Peer Support Specialists play a vital part in helping individuals stabilize and begin their recovery journey in a safe and supportive environment. Not Yet Certified? If you are not yet certified as a Peer Support Specialist through the Idaho Department of Health & Welfare, you may still apply. If you meet the state requirements and are interested in becoming certified, please include a cover letter expressing your interest. Clarvida may assist with training costs after hire. Responsibilities Provide peer-based support to adults experiencing behavioral health crises Use lived experience to promote hope, recovery, and self-advocacy Encourage development of coping skills and crisis stabilization Work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary crisis team Maintain documentation and contribute to a therapeutic environment Required Qualifications Idaho Peer Support Specialist Certification (or willingness to become certified) High School Diploma or GED Ability to pass all background checks, including Enhanced Fingerprinting with ID DHW Compensation & Benefits $18
