What We Offer Competitive compensation:
Earn 50-60% of all collected revenue , based on experience and licensure. Office space for in-person sessions. Administrative support , including scheduling, client communications, billing assistance, and general practice operations. Clinical supervision available for clinicians working toward independent licensure or seeking ongoing professional consultation. Flexible scheduling that allows you to build a caseload that fits your availability. A supportive, collaborative practice environment focused on high-quality client care. Flexible employment options as either a W-2 employee or 1099 independent contractor . Minimum Qualifications Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related mental health field Licensed or license-eligible in the state of Illinois (e.g., LPC, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or equivalent) Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment Commitment to providing culturally responsive, evidence-based care Responsibilities Conduct thorough clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems to determine appropriate treatment plans. Deliver individual, group, family, and crisis intervention therapy sessions using modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, etc Utilize in person and/or telehealth platforms to provide remote counseling services while maintaining HIPAA compliance and secure medical documentation practices. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop case management strategies and coordinate patient care across inpatient and outpatient settings if needed. Maintain accurate records and document all patient interactions in accordance with healthcare regulations.
