Job Description
Polish-Speaking Therapist (LPC, LCPC, , LCSW) $65-$85per session | Flexible Schedule | Supervision Available | Hybrid Position Talk to Wes LLC is a growing outpatient psychotherapy practice in Rolling Meadows, Illinois. We are looking for a compassionate Spanish-speaking therapist who enjoys working with children, adolescents, adults, and families and wants to grow alongside a supportive and expanding practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician seeking flexibility, steady referrals, clinical support, and long-term growth potential. What You'll Do Provide therapy services to: Children (ages 3+) Adolescents Adults Families Therapy groups (optional opportunity) Presenting concerns may include: Anxiety Depression ADHD Behavioral concerns Emotional regulation difficulties Trauma Family and relationship challenges Autism Spectrum Disorder• What We Offer Compensation ranging from $65-$85 per session Flexible scheduling Hybrid work environment (in-person and telehealth) Clinical supervision available for LPCs Administrative and billing support Growing referral network Opportunity to build a full caseload Opportunity to facilitate therapy groups and family sessions Supportive and collaborative team environment Qualifications Active Illinois LPC, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or related license Fluency in Spanish and English Interest in working with children, teens, and families Strong clinical documentation skills Ability to work independently and professionally Schedule Part-time with strong potential for a full-time caseload. During the day, afternoon, evening, Saturday availability preferred due to client demand.
