• Provide 10-15 hrs of individual, couples, family, and/or group mental health counseling with a hybrid of in-person and remote.
• Proficiency with calendar systems, EMR programs
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or other related mental health degree
• Licensure in Illinois as a Social Worker (LSW, LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPC, LCPC), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist Pay and Scheduling
• Flexible schedule. You are able to set your own schedule that works for you.
• Unpaid time off is approved case by case.
• You will be paid 1 hour for each session (prorated for less or more)
• You will be paid 10 minutes on the clock per session progress note. Some notes will take a couple m inutes and others may take 15 but they even out. Expectation is 48 hours after the session to complete.
• Hope Centered therapists provide the initial 15 minute consultations for individual, couples, and family counseling at no cost. Therapists will be paid for 10 min for the consultation note.
• Coordinate with your supervisor to create flyers and social media for extra pay.
• You will clock your time with the Gusto app.
• Hope Centered provides advertising (psychology today, google ads, social media ads)
• Supervision will be provided 1hour per week on the clock. 401k Retirement Option
• 401k is optional for each employee.

Hope Centered uses Guideline to manage the 401k benefit. Automatically enrolls at 6%. Tier Level for
