We are seeking two compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Professionals ( 2nd Shift 3:00-11:00p.m.) & (3rd Shift 11:00p.m.-7:00a.m.) to join our team at a leading residential care facility. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for residents Provide psychotherapy and counseling sessions to residents with various mental health conditions Monitor and evaluate residents' progress, adjusting treatment approaches as needed Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical staff, social workers, and family members, to ensure holistic care Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of all clinical interactions and treatment plans Educate residents and their families about mental health conditions, coping strategies, and available resources Ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and organizational standards and policies.

Skills and Qualifications:
