This is a small private practice that focuses on a systemic approach. We are seeking individuals who want full- or part-time work and are fully licensed or currently have a temporary A license and are seeking full licensure. Pay is determined by a percentage of revenue brought into the office. Hours are very flexible and self determined. The orgranization provides you an office, a client base as well as completion of all billing responsibilities. Duties Conduct thorough mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding standards to develop personalized treatment plans. Deliver individual, group, and family counseling sessions using therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and art or dance therapy when appropriate. Implement crisis intervention strategies to support clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring safety and stabilization. Utilize telehealth platforms effectively to provide remote counseling services while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinical documentation standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including social workers, medical professionals, educators, and case managers—to coordinate comprehensive patient care and support clients with co-occurring disorders or developmental disabilities. Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation in electronic health records (EHR/EMR), including treatment planning, progress notes, medical records, and billing codes such as CPT coding. Engage in ongoing research and data collection to inform evidence-based practices and improve service delivery outcomes. Requirements Master's degree or higher in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related mental health field from an accredited institution. Valid licensure or certification as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), or equivalent state credential. Can have a Temporary A license and be working toward full licensure. Proven experience working with children, adolescents, or adults in outpatient or inpatient settings; experience with pediatric populations is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of psychotherapeutic techniques including psychotherapy, motivational interviewing, behavioral therapy, grief counseling, addiction counseling, and trauma-focused therapy. ICD-9/ICD-10

coding systems for diagnosis documentation; experience with medical terminology and clinical documentation standards essential. Competence in crisis management and behavior management strategies; experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus. Proficiency in telehealth therapy platforms along with understanding of HIPAA compliance requirements for remote patient care. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds; sensitivity to gender issues counseling preferred. Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams while adhering to clinical ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards.
