Make a meaningful difference when it matters most! Are you a licensed therapist who is passionate about helping individuals navigate acute mental health crises? We are seeking a Crisis Therapist to provide immediate, compassionate, and effective clinical care to individuals experiencing mental health emergencies. This role is ideal for clinicians who value teamwork, trauma-informed practice, and recovery-oriented care. About the Role As a Crisis Therapist, you will deliver direct clinical services focused on stabilization, safety, and short-term recovery. You will complete intake assessments, provide brief therapeutic interventions, develop crisis care plans, and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, person-centered care. To support a safe and healthy environment for the individuals we serve and for one another, all employees of Radiant Health are required to comply with organizational health and infection prevention requirements as a condition of employment. This includes providing documentation of immunization status, completing required health screenings, and adhering to communicable disease prevention protocols applicable to the role and work environment. Radiant Health will review requests for reasonable accommodation in accordance with applicable federal and state law. Master's degree in social work or counseling from an accredited institution. Current license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, etc.) issued by the Indiana Behavioral Health Board. Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in mental health, crisis intervention, or related field (preferably in a stabilization unit or inpatient psychiatric setting). Experience with trauma-informed care, de-escalation techniques, and co-occurring disorders is highly desirable.
