Licensed Mental Health Provider- Family Systems, Divorce, Custody

Job Description

Mental Health Professional to work with custody, parent-child reunification, and family systems dynamics.
Role Description:
This is a contract, on-site role for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor or other qualified provider to provide specialization in high-conflict divorce, parent-child reunification, support in parent-child attachment, and assessing for parent-child contact issues and safety concerns. Will include modalities such as individual, couples, and family therapy. Includes therapeutic supervision of parent/child engagement.
Qualifications:
Clinical planning skills, including experience with Treatment Planning and Case Management.

Strong Mental Health and Psychology knowledge, with the ability to apply evidence-based interventions.

Experience providing Relationship Counseling to individuals, couples, and families.

Active state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor or equivalent (e.g., LPC, LMHC, LCSW) in Indiana. Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field.

Demonstrated ability to maintain clear, timely clinical documentation and comply with legal and ethical standards.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and boundary-setting skills, with a commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive care. Comfort with working independently in an on-site setting and collaborating with other mental health professionals. Desire to work with family dynamics, courts, and willingness to be trained in family systems and family treatment.
WILL INCLUDE FREE TRAINING IN FAMILY SERVICES/SUPERVISION/COURT TESTIMONY/COURT CONSULTATION/ASSESSMENTS. RATE
MOST
CASES ARE CASH BASED WITH RETAINER RANGING
from $1500-$2000 at $100-$150 an hour, which also includes outside-of-session time. All time provided by the professional is billed to the family, and therefore payment is beyond session time.
Pay:
$100.00 - $150.00 per hour
