Clients receive evidence-based clinical services, customized treatment plans, and a range of therapeutic modalities to address complex needs. Medication-assisted treatment is available when appropriate, along with robust discharge planning to support long-term recovery. Team members collaborate within an interdisciplinary environment focused on compassionate, ethical, and recovery-oriented practice. Role Description The Therapist is a full-time remote role responsible for providing individual and group therapy to adults in residential and intensive outpatient programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting biopsychosocial assessments, developing and updating individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions for substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. The Therapist will document services in a timely, accurate manner, coordinate care with medical and clinical team members, and participate in case reviews and interdisciplinary meetings. Additional tasks include supporting discharge planning, providing crisis intervention when needed, and maintaining professional boundaries and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards. The role requires strong communication skills, comfort with telehealth platforms, and commitment to culturally responsive, trauma-informed care. Qualifications Ability to provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based practices for substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Skills in assessment, diagnosis, and development of person-centered, goal-oriented treatment and discharge plans. Competence in maintaining accurate clinical documentation and using electronic health record and telehealth systems. Strong interpersonal, communication, and crisis management skills, with the ability to collaborate in an interdisciplinary team. Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field; appropriate licensure or license eligibility (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC) as required by state regulations. Experience working with adults in addiction treatment, residential care, or intensive outpatient programs is highly beneficial.
