Education Requirements:

Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Nursing (licensure or working toward licensure required) Psychiatric Mental Health Accreditation from the American Nurses Credentialing Center preferred, but not required Must comply with all supervision requirements of respective licensing board

Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintain a caseload of consumers and ensure accurate, up-to-date records, including: Diagnostic Screening Assessment Health Assessment (initial and annual) Bio-Psychosocial Assessment (initial and annual) Treatment Plan and Service Plan Review Continuing Care and Termination Summary Participate in scheduled staffing's, case conferences, and consultations as needed Perform all other duties as outlined in the current job description

Skills & Knowledge:

One year of experience working with the mental health population preferred, but not required Ability to work therapeutically with the SMI (Severe Mental Illness) population strongly desired This is a 10 month position
