Elevate Counseling Services is currently recruiting Master's-level clinicians eager to specialize in working with children. We operate as a collaborative practice and are seeking talented individuals with master's degrees in Clinical mental health Counseling, Social Work, or Counselor Education for Full-Time Fee-For-Service positions in our Easton location. Candidates must have experience in an outpatient mental health agency during or after graduate school. Elevate Counseling Services boasts an in-house Professional Development Training Center, where Directors and Supervisors guide, educate, and provide opportunities for clinicians to explore and define niche areas of expertise. On-site career coaching is available to support professional development exploration. You'll have a designated office with all the necessary technology and resources to contribute successfully to the team. Our aim is to help you launch a fulfilling career and advance mental health services at Elevate and in the broader community. To succeed in this role, effective communication in English (both verbal and written) and computer competency are essential. Job Duties:
Schedule appointments and utilize the patient portal. Conduct initial intake and assessments, including diagnosis. Document all sessions and client interactions in our Electronic Health Record. Regularly communicate with billing and supervision teams. Develop and adhere to treatment plans aligned with counseling sessions and medical necessity. Meet regularly with clients, documenting ongoing medical necessity. Attend trainings to stay informed about treatment options and best standards of care. Participate in individual and group supervision meetings weekly. (Full time) Engage in team meetings and organizational events. (Part time) Attend team meetings and events as available. Embrace a strength-based and client-centered approach. Maintain records of supervision hours conducted with your Elevate supervisor. Adhere to ethical guidelines set forth by the National Ethics Committee, Elevate Counseling Services, and HIPAA.
