We are currently seeking motivated and compassionate Licensed Psychotherapists to join our multidisciplinary team.

Flexible scheduling Hybrid and telehealth opportunities Established referral network Full administrative support Insurance credentialing and billing services AdvancedMD Electronic Health Record Collaborative multidisciplinary psychiatric team Modern office environment Professional autonomy Opportunities for leadership and career advancement Continuing education support Positive, clinician-focused culture Responsibilities Provide individual psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments Develop individualized treatment plans Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic health record Collaborate with psychiatric nurse practitioners and other behavioral health professionals Coordinate care with primary care providers and community resources as appropriate Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with licensing board requirements Preferred Clinical Experience We welcome clinicians with experience treating: ADHD Anxiety Disorders Depression Bipolar Disorder PTSD Trauma OCD Personality Disorders Grief Substance Use Disorders Adjustment Disorders Stress Management Experience with any of the following is highly valued: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) EMDR Family Therapy Couples Therapy Psychological Testing (Psychologists) Minimum Qualifications Applicants must possess one of the following active Michigan licenses: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) Additional qualifications: Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited program Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong clinical assessment and documentation abilities Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team Compensation Annual Compensation Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC): $75,000
100,000 Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW): $75,000
100,000 Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT): $75,000
140,000 Part-time clinicians may also be compensated on a per-session basis.
Compensation is based on:
Licensure Clinical experience Specialty training Caseload Productivity Schedule availability Employment classification Performance incentives and future compensation increases are available based on productivity and contribution to the practice.
