We welcome all faiths meeting clients and their loved ones wherever they may be on their life's journey. We offer services including marriage preparation, couples counseling, divorce prevention, adoption, high school and college transitions, career and vocation discernment, ADD, ADHD, depression, anxiety, mood, and grief matters. It's like having your own "private practice" under the umbrella of a group offering an admin staff, EMR and TeleHealth, supervision and license management, CEU opportunities, career fine-tuning, and ongoing referral streams. We seek a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience providing therapeutic services to children and families, utilizing evidence-based practices to support mental health and emotional well-being. Our clinicians have a Catholic theological background and education in the doctrine of the faith, allowing clients to incorporate their faith and practices as they desire. This role involves working in a clinic setting, delivering care through in-person and telehealth sessions. The counselor will be responsible for developing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and providing ongoing client support in a supportive and collaborative environment. We welcome those wanting to transition over to a group practice setting from their current private practice. Duties Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to determine mental health needs. Develop individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs of children and families. Experience with marriage counseling preferred but not necessary. Provide counseling services using therapeutic treatment interventions and modalities Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, including ICD-10 coding, electronic medical records, and case notes Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care. Utilize telehealth platforms effectively for remote counseling sessions when appropriate. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes. Requirements Must hold a valid license as a Professional Counselor in the state of practice. Strong understanding of behavior management techniques, treatment modalities, and interventions Proficient in maintaining medical records and familiarity with ICD-10 coding; EMR is advantageous. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Commitment to providing compassionate care and support to individuals facing mental health challenges. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
