CEUs Responsibilities:

Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions for patients struggling with addiction.\nConduct intakes and assessments to gather patient information and guide treatment plans.\nCollaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized care plans.\nMaintain accurate and compliant patient records in accordance with 245G and 1115 Demonstration Waiver requirements.\nParticipate in clinical consultations and staff meetings to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements:

Licensed Drug & Alcohol Counselor (LADC) with an active and unrestricted license in Minnesota or an ADC-T.

Compensation:

This is an exempt position. Total earnings for this position will range from $64,000 - $70,000 annually. •Actual compensation may be determined by various factors such as licensure, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule and/or location.
