$39.29 / hour Description Help people find hope, build on their strengths, and take meaningful steps toward wellness through compassionate, evidence-based therapy. Full-time, benefit eligible position. 40 hours weekly. The Therapist at ROH provides direct clinical care to individuals receiving services in a psychiatric setting, supporting each person's unique goals, strengths, and path toward recovery. Through assessment, treatment planning, and individual, family/couples, and group therapy, this role helps patients build skills and identify strategies that support their wellness both during treatment and beyond. The Therapist works closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team to coordinate care, monitor progress, and develop meaningful aftercare recommendations. Key Responsibilities Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and evaluations within established timeframes. Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs, strengths, goals, and clinical presentation. Provide individual, group, and family/couples' psychotherapy. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team to coordinate care and support positive treatment outcomes. Monitor and communicate patient progress and treatment responses with appropriate team members. Provide thoughtful aftercare recommendations to support continuity of care following discharge. Maintain timely, accurate, and clinically appropriate documentation. Provide clinical supervision to Master's-level trainees as assigned. Respond appropriately to medical or behavioral emergencies in accordance with current certifications and organizational protocols. Uphold professional, ethical, regulatory, privacy, and organizational standards. Maintain reliable on-site attendance and contribute to a safe, supportive therapeutic environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Master's degree in counseling, social work or psychology as recognized by the US Department of Education Working knowledge of DSM-5 preferred
QUALIFICATION

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
Must possess and maintain a current, active clinical license in the state of Missouri (LPC or LCSW, as applicable) in good standing Must obtain and maintain current CPR certification within 60 days of hire Must obtain and maintain certification in an approved crisis intervention methodology (CPI, MANDT, or CALM) within 60 days of hire
