Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups, focusing on enhancing mental health and emotional well-being. This role requires a strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities and the ability to work with diverse populations, including children, adults, and individuals with disabilities. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop tailored treatment plans. Provide individual utilizing therapeutic techniques and models. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with relevant regulations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care and support. Engage in ongoing research to stay informed about best practices in behavioral health. Work effectively with patients from various backgrounds. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. You can choose the clients you would like to see. Sign-on bonus Requirements Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required. Valid licensure as a therapist or counselor in the state of North Carolina. Experience in patient care, particularly in behavioral health settings. Familiarity with ICD-10 coding for mental health diagnoses is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients of all ages. Knowledge of therapeutic techniques such as art therapy is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
