Our newly renovated 3,100-sq-ft office provides an elevated, yet calm and professional setting for both clients and clinicians. We are dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care that helps clients "Feel Better. Live Better." Position Summary We are seeking caring, motivated, and skilled licensed mental health professionals LAC, LPC, LSW, or LCSW to join our expanding team. Clinicians can build their ideal caseload with full administrative, billing, and marketing support provided. Responsibilities Provide individual, couples, or family therapy sessions Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation (DAP notes, treatment plans, etc.) Adhere to ethical, legal, and HIPAA standards Participate in case consultation or supervision as needed Collaborate with leadership to ensure quality of care Qualifications Active NJ license: LAC, LPC, LSW, or LCSW Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or marriage & family therapy Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills Comfort with telehealth and EHR documentation New graduates welcome free clinical supervision provided for LACs and LSWs Compensation & Benefits Pay per session: $60-$110 (based on license and experience) Flexible scheduling — full-time or part-time In-office and telehealth options available Beautifully furnished, newly renovated office space (3,100 sq ft) Free clinical supervision for LACs and LSWs Billing, marketing, and administrative support provided HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform included Schedule Options Full-time or Part-time Weekdays, evenings, or weekends Work Setting In-office at Montville Therapy Group (Pine Brook, NJ)
