Benefits/Perks Flexible scheduling and caseload Hybrid in-person/telehealth work Steady referral stream Supportive private-practice environment Opportunities to grow within the practice Job Summary Composed Mind Therapy is a growing private mental health practice in Manasquan, NJ and is seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) to join our team. This position is ideal for a clinician who values clinical autonomy while also wanting the referrals, administrative support, collaboration, and stability of an established practice. Therapists will provide outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, or adolescents based on their areas of competence and clinical interests. We offer a flexible hybrid structure combining in-person and telehealth sessions. Our goal is to create a practice where excellent clinicians can focus primarily on doing excellent clinical work rather than spending their time chasing referrals, dealing with billing problems, or managing the administrative burdens of running a solo practice. Responsibilities Provide individual, couples, family, or adolescent psychotherapy based on clinical competence and interest Complete timely clinical documentation and treatment planning Maintain appropriate professional and ethical standards Collaborate with other clinicians when clinically appropriate Maintain an agreed-upon caseload and schedule Participate in occasional team consultation or practice meetings Provide a warm, professional, and clinically appropriate experience for clients Qualifications Active New Jersey LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent independently practicing behavioral-health license Master's or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or related field Ability to provide psychotherapy independently within the scope of New Jersey licensure Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills Reliable, professional, and committed to ethical clinical practice Experience with outpatient psychotherapy preferred Flexible work from home options available.
