Job description About us Immediate opening for a full-time (20-30 clients per week), fully licensed therapist for an established private practice. Experience working with high performing professionals, highly functioning clients. Clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders (mostly in recovery). FULL CLINICAL LICENSE

as an

LCADC, LPC, LCSW, LMFT

for the state of NJ (NJ and NY a plus) and be in good standing with their Professional Licensing Board. Dual licensing in mental health and addictions preferred (LPC, LCSW, LMFT

AND LCADC

). A minimum of two years clinical experience required.

Clinician Responsibilities Include:

Conduct psychological assessments and therapy for adults, couples/families Provide treatment planning, and interventions using evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc. Prepare appropriate treatment notes and documentation using TherapyNotes EHR system (company provided) within 24 hours of sessions. Manage a minimum caseload of 20 clients. Therapists will expand caseload as comfortable and appropriate. Full time caseload of 25-30 clients available. Schedule client appointments, maintain communication between client and collaborative treatment team members. Participate in scheduled individual or group Supervision, practice events. Qualifications Masters degree or higher from an accredited university in the behavioral and mental health field (social work, counseling, psychology) Current NJ Clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LCADC, LMFT), PhD), additional NY license a plus Counseling experience working with mental health and substance abuse clients Experience providing psychotherapy to working professionals navigating high stress situations, individuals, couples, families providing evidence-based treatment (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.) Conscientious self-starter who embraces and enjoys autonomous work and collaborates as a team member Ability to work a mix of day/evenings hours (Saturdays available if preferred) Knowledge and experience with DSM-V diagnostic criteria and ASAM criteria Evidence of mature judgment and crisis intervention skills Ability to effectively present information both orally and written Familiarity with an Electronic Health Record programing, HIPAA compliant Zoom telehealth platform; training will be provided Ability to stay organized and keep calendar availability up to date to enable efficient client session scheduling Clinician must maintain professional malpractice insurance and general liability insurance Why join our team?
