• This role will maintain an outpatient therapy case load wile designing and implementing effective, compassionate, and creative treatment/interventions reflective of identified patient needs.
• Complete a mental health diagnostic assessment on new patients
• Provide high quality ongoing therapy with patients
• Maintain complete and organized outpatient health records
• Ensure appropriate coordination of care for patients and collaboration with other professionals
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings including case and peer reviews Who you are
• You are a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Social Worker (LSW), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey.
• You have a master's degree and professional licensure in New Jersey, LAC, LPC, LSW, LCSW.
• You enjoy working a hybrid work schedule with 2-3 days remote and the other days in our Scotch Plains or Union office.
• Ideal candidates will have an interest in working with a wide range of ages and specialties.
• Have a passion for providing a high level of care to all patients
• Enjoy collaborating with others
• Have an interest in continuing to develop competencies as a clinician. Benefits
