- $31 an hour 3 days ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Certified Recovery Specialist Full Job Description We are seeking compassionate and motivated Certified Recovery Peer Advocates to join our team and support individuals on their mental health recovery journey.
Responsibilities:
- Offer peer-to-peer support and mentorship to individuals receiving mental health services
- Share recovery experiences and model successful coping strategies
- Help empower clients to set and achieve personal recovery goals
Requirements:
- Must have a valid Peer Specialist Certification
- Lived experience with mental health recovery (personal or through a close family member)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy, reliability, and a non-judgmental attitude
