Licensed Social Worker or Counselor We're seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Social Worker (LSW),Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our team at a respected outpatient behavioral health organization in Ohio. Responsibilities Provide individual and group therapy to clients with a wide range of behavioral health needs. Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care. Adhere to all ethical guidelines, state regulations, and CARF standards. Qualifications and Skills Must hold a current and valid LSW, LPC, LISW, or LPCC license in the state of Ohio. Experience in an outpatient behavioral health setting is preferred.
