We offer a scientifically-backed, integrative approach to Pre-marital, Marital and Couples psychotherapy. Competitive compensation (W2 split position, rate of pay $75-$117/hr) and paid admin time.
Flexible/Casual PT schedule with opportunity for FT (must be available to work up to at least 3 five hour shifts a week, working at least one evening and one weekend day per week. Possibilities for more time, and day shifts as time goes on.)
Referrals and Marketing provided, including: Website, Head Shots, Google Ads, SEO, and Directory Profiles
Administrative Support and Systemized Operations
Operations Costs, including: Practice Management Software Costs, AI Notetaker, and Visa Fees)
Supportive Environment
Great opportunity to focus and hone Gottman Method skills
Mentorship toward Gottman Certification provided
Gottman Levels 1 and 2 Training plus additional

What We're Looking For:
Licensed Therapist:
Hold a valid license in Counseling, Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy.
Experience Expertise:
Demonstrated experience in providing therapy services, with a strong understanding of evidence-based practices. Position requirements include completion of Level I and Level II in the first month of employment.
Compassion & Empathy:
A genuine desire to help others and a deep commitment to client-centered care.
Team Player:
Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment. Ongoing participation in staff meetings and consultation.
Technology Knowledge:
Has some knowledge on how to use Google Suite and ability to learn Electronic Health Record. Looking for
