  • Opportunity for afterhours work for additional income Full job description This salaried position carries a set schedule through the week, no weekends required.
Hours are flexible within certain guidelines in order to remain client centered. Full time therapists will have opportunities to work with a wide range of clients assisting with recovery and healing from substance use, mental health, and co-occurring disorders. HSR works closely with the Creek Co. Drug, DUI and Veteran's treatment courts, Community Sentencing, State probation and parole, Federal probation, ADSAC services, and referrals from varying other sources.

Being part of an interdisciplinary team allows collaboration between the client, the court systems and related providers. In addition to direct individual counseling, client interactions will include gathering information for a strength based biopsychosocial assessment as well as collaborating with the client to create an individualized treatment plan. Counselors work closely with certified case managers, PRSS, and group facilitators to best identify and meet the needs of clients. About the job Full time substance abuse/mental health/co-occurring counselor who possesses the drive, motivation and professionalism to provide person centered and trauma informed services. Conduct evaluations for varied referral sources. Complete orientation, biopsychosocial assessments, treatment and discharge planning. Facilitate group therapy /education and individual treatment sessions as well as crisis intervention services as needed. Ability to complete detailed, yet concise progress notes on all services provided, with or without AI assistance. Ensure proper treatment authorizations are in place, accuracy and completeness of billed services and adherence to all standards applicable to the scope of work. Must be available to work either 2 evenings weekly until 7:00 pm or one evening weekly until 8:30 pm. Operate as part of a weekly clinical treatment team within the agency On-site position with options for clients to receive some services using a virtual platform Requirements Licensed or licensed eligible as a
LPC, LCSW, LADC, LADC/MH, LMFT
in the State of Oklahoma. Master's degree from an accredited school in the field of psychology, social work, counseling or directly related field. Maintain licensure & certifications as necessary to carry out all employment expectations Must be
ASI/ASAM
trained or be willing to become certified General knowledge and Understanding of computer functions, MS Word, MS Excel & willing to learn EMR Operate in a professional environment using strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills Ability to work in an environment of diverse, multicultural, ethnic, social and inclusive persons. Strong attention to detail in all forms of documentation and communication Adherence field related best practices and evidence-based treatment interventions Dedication to providing non-judgmental, whole person care while supporting accountability and modeling strong boundaries Benefits Health insurance Individual and family coverage available.
