Services include intake, referral, outpatient therapy, psychiatric assessment, service coordination, substance abuse treatment, training and social rehabilitative services, crisis intervention, partial hospitalization, community outreach, day, and recreational services for adults with intellectual disabilities, homeless outreach, and housing program. As a Therapist at our Sto-Rox Clinic , you will provide compassionate, person-centered mental health services to individuals and families facing emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. In this role, you will make a meaningful impact within the Sto-Rox community by helping clients build resilience, improve well-being, and achieve their treatment goals.
Job Duties:
Engage with individuals and community partners to provide mental health support, outreach, and education. Conduct comprehensive assessments to gather client history, identify needs, and develop treatment plans. Provide individual, family, and group therapy services using evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care and support positive client outcomes. Communicate and coordinate with clients' support systems, including family members, schools, healthcare providers, and other community resources, as appropriate. Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications:
