MCC Family Services is seeking compassionate Family Based Clinicians to join our growing team in North Wales, PA. This full-time opportunity is open to both bachelor's-level Counselors and master's-level Therapists. Family Based clinicians work in teams of two, consisting of a Therapist and Counselor, to provide intensive services to children, adolescents, and their families. Services are primarily provided in clients' homes and communities, allowing clinicians to work directly with families in the environments where support is needed most. Responsibilities Work as part of a two-person clinical team consisting of a Therapist and Counselor Provide intensive Family Based services to children, adolescents, and their families in the home and community Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans based on each family's needs and goals Collaborate with schools, community providers, and other supports to coordinate care Provide crisis intervention and stabilization when needed Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, treatment progress, and clinical activity Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional development Complete MCC's two-year training curriculum in Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT) Qualifications Counselor, Bachelor's Level Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field Minimum of one year of experience working with children, adolescents, or families Therapist, Master's Level Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field Minimum of two years of clinical experience working with children and adolescents in a social service or behavioral health setting Requirements for Both Roles Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to successfully complete required clearances, including child abuse clearance, criminal background check, and FBI fingerprinting Ability to successfully complete a drug screen Availability to work two to three evenings per week to accommodate family schedules Why Join MCC Family Services?
