Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and any incidents that occur during care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and resources for clients. Engage in behavior management techniques to promote positive outcomes for clients. Stay informed about best practices in addiction counseling, home community care, and behavioral health. Qualifications Certification as a Certified Recovery Specialist through the Pennsylvania Certification Board (PCB) is required. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients, outside resources, and team members effectively. Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and understanding towards individuals facing challenges related to addiction and mental health.
