Job Description
Overview Join Our Team as a School-Based Mental Health Therapist! Empowering Youth. Supporting Families. Making a Difference. Social Sparks is looking for a passionate, dedicated therapist to provide school-based mental health services with the option to supplement your caseload through outpatient services (individual and group therapy) after school or during the summer months. This full-time position offers the best of both worlds, making an impact in school communities while maintaining clinical connections year-round.
What You'll Do:
Provide direct clinical services to school-aged youth in the school setting
Collaborate closely with school staff, families, and community providers to support students' mental health and well-being
Address challenges students face at school, home, and in the community, creating meaningful change across environments
Option to continue providing outpatient therapy during school breaks or summer Why Social Sparks?

Requirements:
LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMHC-A, LMFT
Please be prepared to provide at least 2 professional references
